Dr. Williams practices naturopathic and integrative primary care while focusing her clinical work in women’s health. Her practice includes annual screening exams, lab work, hormone balancing, preconception and fertility. Dr. Williams has spent a fair amount of her clinical work in transgender and adolescent medicine and midwifery. Her therapeutic approaches includes the use of botanical medicine, bio-identical hormones, nutrition, lifestyle counseling and patient education to prevent and treat illness while enhancing overall health satisfaction.

Dr. Williams graduated with a doctorate of naturopathic medicine from National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, Oregon. She holds a bachelors of science degree in laboratory sciences from Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington. Dr. Williams is an active member of Oregon Association of Naturopathic Physicians and the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians.  She is an advocate for the expansion of naturopathic licensure across the US.

When Dr. Williams is not practicing medicine she enjoys spending time with her family and household pets, being out in nature, creating art and dancing.
