With the coming of the new year, it’s always good to reflect back on what we have and look forward to what we want to achieve.

This month I wanted to talk about hormones and optimal aging. When it comes to declining hormones, the good news is you’re more mature and the bad news is that you’re getting older. I know that as I’ve gotten older, I’ve noticed that I’m more susceptible to hormonal fluctuations. How about you?
